Georgia manages the estates department and the team within in. This includes but is not limited to, liaising with owners and new property acquisitions, managing the estates and maintenance teams, liaising with external services, budget management, overseeing the staff working and legislation and compliance of properties.

Kirsti Porter

Housing Credit Controller

Kirsti liaises with residents at Oakhurst Gardens and our Offsite properties over all rent matters such as rent payments, rent arrears, tenancy sustainment and any questions or support surrounding benefits etc. She also assists with maintenance issues and any other general queries. 

Piers Paget

Offsite Housing Officer

Piers undertakes property inspections, movement and placements of tenants and organising contractors for repairs, along with handling anti-social behaviour, tenancy sustainment and enquiries for the offsite properties along with many other tasks.

Charlotte Williams

Offsite Housing Officer and Deputy to Property Services Manager

Charlotte undertakes property inspections, movement and placements of tenants and organising contractors for repairs, along with handling anti-social behaviour, tenancy sustainment and enquiries for the offsite properties along with many other tasks. Charlotte also has an additional deputy position which is supporting the Property Services Manager – Georgia.

Faith

Oakhurst Gardens Housing Officer

Faith oversees all things to do with Oakhurst which include, but are not limited to, care plans, OG queries, entertainment, movement of current and new tenants and organising maintenance and external contractors for repairs, benefits, complaints or compliments. Faith is your main go-to for all things Oakhurst related, she also assists with some of the admin for the offsite properties when needed.
